Binghatti puts up sale of Jumeirah residential project units
Binghatti Developers, a leading real estate development company in the UAE, has launched the sales of an exclusive group of residential units within its new project, Binghatti Gate.
Located at the entrance of the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, the project has been built at an investment of about AED150 million ($41 million) and features 132 housing units including 84 one- and 48 two-bedroom apartments.
Binghatti Developers said that work was moving at a steady pace on The Gate, which was nearly 50% completed.
The project features symbolic design cues, where the individual balconies are intertwined together to form a unified community, said the developer.
This interesting pattern creates an impression of the calm environment of the building reflected in the dynamic design. Its unique balcony design provides outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy, while ensuring sustainable design by providing shade that drastically reduces the amount of energy required to cool the living spaces, it added.
On the sales launch, CEO Muhammad Binghatti said this reflects the continuation of its expansionary approach in the real estate sector in Dubai amid great confidence in the recovery of the real estate sector, as well as the high growth rate achieved in 2021.
'Binghatti's strategy always aims to provide high-quality real estate projects to clients who are looking for the right balance between the quality of the property, the privileged location and the high standards of lifestyle, and we are proud to offer our customers the opportunity to buy real estate in such unique projects,' he stated.
Binghatti pointed out that the company's current pricing policy is approximately at the secondary market prices levels, as there is no significant difference between the prices of our new projects and the secondary market when selling.
'That is a very attractive factor for investing in Binghatti Developers ,where new products are offered at a price close to the secondary market prices. This is a very important point in the company's success in selling their projects,' he noted.
Binghatti pointed out that the name 'Binghatti Gate' was inspired by the strategic location of the project at the gate and entrance to the JVC, which is a luxurious residential project for families.
'The structure reveals the distinctive contemporary design style of Binghatti Developers, taking into account the traditional artistic elements of the Middle East architecture, while the building's unique balcony design provides residents with an outdoor space to enjoy while maintaining privacy,' he added.
